Mo Lei Fong is a leadership and entrepreneurship educator, former technology executive, and executive coach with more than 25 years of experience helping founders, executives, and organizations lead through complexity, scale with intention, and build for lasting impact. Mo is an Adjunct Lecturer in Stanford University's Department of Management Science and Engineering, where she teaches in the Accel Leadership Program (ALP). She also teaches through Stanford Continuing Studies and coaches C-suite executives and MBA students through Harvard Business School. She is the founder of LeiFong Coaching, LLC and the nonprofit Asian Women Coaching Collective. Her expertise spans edtech, fintech, finance and operations, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Mo spent 15 years at Google as a Senior Director leading financial operations, technical solutions, and people operations, including serving as Chief Compliance Officer for Google Payments. She later served as Executive Director of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP), Stanford School of Engineering's entrepreneurship center. Mo began her career as a high school teacher and assistant principal and is a certified USA Archery Level 2 coach. She holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an M.A. in Education from Stanford University, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
