Joanie Connell, PhD, is an organizational consultant, author, and leadership coach who helps companies hire, develop, and retain key people. She brings over 20 years of experience to her clients. A former engineer, Joanie combines her understanding of the technical environment with her expertise in organizational psychology to help scientific and other technical leaders develop people strategies, manage teams, and build stronger relationships across functions. She is the author of two books (“Consulting to Technical Leaders, Teams, and Organizations” and “Flying without a Helicopter”) and is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association.
