Beth is the EVP for BrightStar Leadership Consulting, and provides executive coaching, leadership consulting, and workshop facilitation services to global and national organizations. She has over 20 years of experience across a wide variety of sectors including health care, technology, manufacturing, and finance. Beth has worked extensively with physician leaders, engineers, and scientific professionals to help them hone their leadership skills. She is certified in a variety of leadership assessments, including those focused on organizational and individual wellbeing. Beth began her career as a licensed psychotherapist, and subsequently had sales leader roles for both AT&T and Cox Communication. She won numerous awards for outstanding performance in both of those organizations. Clients values her unique perspective derived from these varied work experiences, which gives her a deep understanding of both organizational and interpersonal dynamics.
