Jeff Nally is an executive coach, coach supervisor, professional speaker, and author who creates no-nonsense neuroscience solutions with leaders and teams to be more human at work. Jeff is the president of Nally Group Inc., a practice focused on the science of leadership and human interaction. He coaches c-suite executives and leaders in small, medium, and large organizations as they grapple with growth, disruption, and change. Jeff consults with organizations, leads retreats, and trains leaders and teams to bring brain-based solutions to business problems. Jeff is the Group Coaching Product Manager at CoachSource where he designs and implements group coaching for global clients. Jeff is also an Engagement Manager at CoachSource leading the external coaching strategy and programs for Fortune 100 companies in the healthcare and retail sectors.
Leadership Experience
Jeff has over 26 years of professional experience in human resources, executive coaching, public speaking, and leadership development. Prior to Nally Group, Jeff created and led the Executive Coaching Practice at Humana, Inc. where he coached over 400 executives and established Humana’s Women in Leadership Group Coaching Program. He led human resources at manufacturing companies including CLARCOR Air Filtration Products, Commonwealth Industries, and Commonwealth Aluminum.  Jeff was the executive director at two not-for-profit organizations focused on education attainment and healthcare for the homeless.
Speaking and Publications
Jeff is a co-author of Rethinking Human Resources and Humans@Work with colleagues from the human resources and coaching professions. Jeff is a professional speaker and member of the National Speakers Association. Education and Affiliations
Jeff earned a BA in Psychology from Georgetown College and an MBA with a concentration in marketing from Georgia State University. He was an instructor at Spalding University’s School of Business teaching courses in organization development, training, and talent acquisition. He created and teaches the course, “Coach Supervision with the Brain in Mind” as part of the coach supervision certification training program at The Goldvarg Consulting Group.

Instrument Certifications and Trainings

Jeff is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. He completed professional coach training and is a Results Professional Certified Coach through The NeuroLeadership Group. Jeff graduated with distinction with a Certificate in the Foundations of Neuroleadership from The Neuroleadership Institute.

He is a professional member of the National Speakers Association. He is a graduate of The Cavett Institute at NSA, The Speakers Academy at the NSA Kentucky Chapter, and served as the president of the NSA Kentucky Chapter Board of Directors. He is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management and a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Human Resources Certification Institute.

Jeff is certified in the full Hogan Suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI) and The Center for Excellence in Leadership 360 Assessment. He is certified in the EQ-I and EQ-360 assessments on emotional and social intelligence and is a certified StrenghtsFinder Performance Coach. He is a certified coach supervisor and completed coach supervision training from The Goldvarg Consulting Group.
