Dr. Colleen Bastian achieves business results through supporting her clients to reach their greatest potential. Colleen is the President of Invoke Leadership, LLC., a south Florida based consulting firm serving global leaders both in small, privately owned organizations to large Fortune 100 corporations. Colleen focuses on increasing leadership capabilities of top talent leaders to perform at their highest level. Colleen is known for holding a reflective space with her clients to increase their self-insight and awareness. Her clients appreciate her unique ability to strike a balance between support and challenge to stimulate their growth and development. Her services include: organizational and executive assessment, leadership and team development and coaching, and customized leadership and diversity & inclusion workshops.
She works with leaders in a wide array of industries and levels which include automotive, education, financial services, healthcare, marketing, pharmaceutical, professional services (auditing, tax, advisory), real estate, retail, sales, and technology. Due to her pharmaceutical background, she has extensive experience working with medical and sales professionals.
Colleen currently serves on the Leadership Council of the Society of Consulting Psychologists (Division 13 of the APA) as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She has previously served in various roles on the Leadership Council. She also serves on the board of Space of Mind: Community Classroom Project. Previously, Colleen served on the board of Bay Area Applied Psychologists (BAAP). Colleen has held many roles at CoachSource including a Client Service Manager and Engagement Manager. She currently serves on the CONNECT committee, a development community of CoachSource, LLC. Prior to becoming an organizational consultant, Colleen was a senior sales professional at Pfizer Inc. and held leadership positions in hospital and specialty sales and served on the Leadership Council.

Education and Affiliations
Dr. Bastian holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology, and earned a B.S. in Exercise Physiology from College of Charleston.
Instrument Certifications and Trainings
Colleen attended the Coaches Training Institute and the Damian Goldvarg Coaching Program. She is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF). She continued her coaching development with supervision of The Harry Levinson Coaching Series of the APA’s Division 13. Colleen is certified in the full Hogan Suite (HPI, HDS, MVPI). She is proficient in all CPP products & 360s, and DISC profiling. As a senior level executive coach, Colleen supervises her peers with their coaching engagements. She is certified in coach supervision by the Goldvarg Consulting Group.
