Jodi Knox is CEO and Founder of Action Dialogue Associates based in New York City. She serves as an international leadership development consultant, executive coach and management communications facilitator.
With 23 years of industry management and consulting experience, Dr. Knox identifies personal development issues related to business challenges and guides leaders using a practical coaching approach for significant growth and successful teamwork. Jodi specializes in leadership development, executive coaching for behavioral change and seamless communications.
She combines skills for creating dialogue within groups to move people to action by building individual commitment for personal and business change. Jodi particularly excels at helping women in leadership positions reach the next level by guiding a diagnosis of The Six Factors™ that often undermine their position and detract from leadership performance.
Dr. Knox has consulted in multiple industries to a variety of Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. She has conducted practical research with Fortune 50 companies on global leadership programs to measure ROI and to leverage facilitation outcomes. Jodi regularly delivers team workshops and training in leadership development, building managers as coaches, and facilitating dialogue/communications for results.
Jodi earned a Ph.D. and an M.S. degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology (Los Angeles) and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
